- Introduced voiceover relationship to StoryBeats with AI-generated flag.
- Added BeatVoiceover component for playing audio narrations with a minimal interface.
- Updated StoryPage, StoryViewer, and StoryTableOfContents to display and handle voiceovers.
- Created Voiceovers collection for uploading and managing audio narrations for beats.
- Included migration script to support voiceover functionality in the database.
- forms collection: targeting group (all/users/roles/qualifications), activeFrom/activeUntil window, radio/date field blocks enabled
- form-submissions: server-side user attribution, expiry and audience gates, one attempt per user
- forms/submissions permissions in the Surveys registry group + admin role seed grants
- frontend /surveys list and /surveys/[id] take page with client block renderer
- register the pending role permission enum values migration
- announcements collection: info/success/warning/error variants, banner/modal/dialog/toast display types, up to 3 action buttons, dismissible flag, activeFrom/activeUntil windows, audience targeting (all/users/roles) and path include/exclude matching copied from the Shims pattern
- pure client-safe evaluation lib (enabled, time window, audience via roleDoc IDs, path match) plus per-browser localStorage dismissals
- AnnouncementHost mounted in the (frontend) layout: banners render inline, toasts via sonner custom markup, modals and confirmation dialogs queue one at a time
- permissions announcements:create/read/update/delete + admin:announcements:manage
- description is Lexical richText rendered via RichText/lexical-content on all surfaces; role targeting uses the dynamic Roles collection
- hand-written migrations with snapshot sidecars (collection, roleDocs targeting, description richtext conversion) + integration tests (12 passing)
- Maps gain worldMap flag, description, freeform weather, latitude/longitude,
easeOfAccess and factionControl; picker cards render them as stat tags
- resource-nodes gain a shared icon set and may exist with no resources as
plain marker nodes (placement ignores marker-only nodes)
- sidebar gains the World Map entry; Infrastructure section gets defaultOpen
- migrations 20260921_120000/123000/130500/134000; includes the generated
types/schema sweep (currency emblem fields land in the next commit)
15 minutes before a posted op starts, the bot opens a thread on the
roll-call message and pings everyone who RSVP'd yes, as a last-call
nudge that the op is imminent. One-shot per mission via a new
imminentReminderSentAt marker on Missions (migration included); the
cancel flow clears it so a rescheduled op re-reminds for its new start
time. Poll cadence via DISCORD_IMMINENT_POLL_MS (default 60s).
- map-zones type gains territory and country border (informational political
boundaries that never gate placement, default fills amber 0.1 / violet 0.06)
- map-roads labelVisible is tri-state: unset means auto, where paved roads
always label and dirt/trail only label at 4 m/px or finer (roadLabelShown)
- migration clears the old implicit label default on non-paved roads
- new pure snapping lib: findSnap (vertices own their neighborhood, edges must
be twice as close), closestPointOnSegment, segmentMidpoints
- tests for label angles, tri-state rule, snapping, political zones
Regenerated payload types and db schema; register the game map system, construction timestamp, map labels, and node/zone resources migrations.

Generated artifacts mirror the new collections and fields across the previous commits; the migration registry registers all four new migrations as one batch, matching the dev migrate flow.

- Cancelled ops: roll-call embed edited to the cancelled state (buttons
removed) plus a standalone cancellation notice in the ops channel;
clears the roll-call markers and sets the new discordCancelledAt
marker on the mission.
- Rescheduled ops (Cancelled back to Ready/Scheduled, future start):
immediate announcement embed with the new start time and when the
fresh roll-call goes up (usual 3-day lead, or live-in-channel when
already due), then clears the marker so the normal flow posts a new
roll-call. Prior RSVPs carry over.
- Hidden bot-managed discordCancelledAt field on Missions + migration.
- Bot embed poll loop handles both transitions idempotently.
Awards can now upgrade through a series: collection fields and migration, grant flow support, profile and account UI updates, and regression coverage.

- Drag-and-drop widget arrangement (main two-column zone + sidebar) with
per-widget span resize, persisted to Users.preferences.dashboard.layout
via saveDashboardLayout (migration included)
- New personal widgets: Wallet, Open Negotiations, My Tickets (View all),
Recent Notifications (per-row mark as read)
- Widgets that are empty or not visible to the viewer are omitted so they
never render as empty drag targets
- Registers both pending migrations and regenerates payload types/schema
Five days before a player-created side op starts, if it is not yet Ready, the creator gets one in-app notification per day (via mission-tick) plus one Discord DM per day (new bot service). Per-server-local-day dedupe via hidden readyReminderWebSentAt/readyReminderDmSentAt markers. The ready-reminder type is excluded from the notification bridge to avoid double-DMing. Markers are nulled on clone.
WikiTemplates gains two fields: an optional css code field injected on
pages that use the template (selectors auto-scoped to a hash-based
.ptf-tpl-* class so templates never collide with each other or the app
shell), and a developer-only html field rendered verbatim (sanitized)
in place of the markdown body when transcluded.
- templateCss.ts scopes/sanitizes CSS, incl. nested at-rules; pages
and the editor live preview inject scoped styles and drop the Card
chrome in favor of a full-width article
- templateHtml.ts sanitizes HTML and splits prepared markdown around
expansion sentinels so raw HTML renders without rehype-raw
- templates.ts adds extractTemplateNames/extractPlaceholders/
extractDirectiveNames; prepareMarkdown threads an htmlTemplates map
- markdown pipeline gains rehype-highlight for fenced code blocks
- styles.css adds wiki prose typography + infobox demo styling
- docs: demo article and Infobox template authoring guide
Convert the dossier personal excerpt from a plain textarea to Lexical
rich text (matching the intel excerpt) with a 1000-character plain-text
limit, and replace the static read-only cards on the profile page with
inline DossierExcerptEditors: owners edit their personal excerpt,
profiles:intel_excerpt:update holders edit the intelligence record.
Changes are validated server-side (lexicalPlaintextLength) and emit
dossier:personal-excerpt-update / dossier:intel-excerpt-update events.
Add WikiPages, WikiRevisions, and WikiTemplates collections (admin group
Wiki), register them in the Payload config, and add migration batch 28
creating the wiki_pages/_texts, wiki_revisions, and wiki_templates tables
plus the three wiki values on the game_event_logs target_collection enum.
Includes the regenerated payload-types for the new collections.
Add transfer workflow components and utilities:
1. Transfer types and core functions (src/lib/transfers/index.ts):
- Type-safe transfer request and decision creation
- Appeal, cancel, and resolve core functions
- Server action conventions with error handling
2. Transfer UI components (src/components/frontend/transfers/):
- TransferActionDialog.tsx: Handle approval/rejection appeals
- TransferApprovalCard.tsx: Display approval decisions
- TransferNoteDialog.tsx: Add notes for transfers/appeals
- TransferRequestCard.tsx: Show transfer request details
- TransferResolutionCard.tsx: Display superuser resolutions
- TransfersView.tsx: Main transfers list page
- transferTypes.ts: Shared TypeScript types
3. Notification types (src/lib/transfers/notificationTypes.ts):
- Define notification type constants for transfer events
- Include TRANSFER_NOTIFICATION_TYPES for bridge filtering
4. Integration tests (tests/int/):
- transfer-requests.int.spec.ts: Test bot request polling
- transfer-bot-delivery.int.spec.ts: Test Discord notification delivery
These components and utilities complete the transfer workflow
implementation including approvals, appeals, and delivery.
Add a Profiles afterChange hook that diffs progression.awards against previousDoc (row id, falling back to award+date composite key) and sends an award:granted notification including the grant reason and issuer. Register award:granted as a muteable notification type.
