refactor: use shadcn components in NodeEditDialog, add Textarea component
- Replace raw <textarea> with shadcn Textarea component
- Replace raw <button> with shadcn Button (variant='destructive' + icon)
- Remove custom className overrides fighting admin dark theme
- Add shadcn preference rule to AGENTS.md
