Z8MB1E	01ac20f44f	fix(ui): add router.refresh after storage mutations, pluralize labels ... ManageStorageDialog now calls router.refresh() after deposit, withdraw, and transfer so the grid view reflects changes. Await fetchData() before refreshing.
