- Redesign homepage as authenticated operations dashboard
- Add ProfileSummary, MissionBriefing, RecentEvents, QuickStats components
- Add UpcomingMissions and ActiveCampaigns sidebar widgets
- Redirect /dashboard to / (homepage is now the dashboard)
- Show welcome screen with login link for unauthenticated users
