- GameRules currencySymbol switches from text to a media upload
- new CurrencyAmount/CurrencySymbol components; render sites across banking,
base management, dashboard, market, campaigns and profiles are wired to
show the emblem inline with amounts
- migration 20260921_140000 (text column out, media fk in); registers the
five pending migrations in the migrations index
Banking overview, cards, detail, and activity feed now render amounts from the full CurrencyConfig (symbol + singular/plural) fetched from Game Rules instead of a plain currency label.

Wire CommandPalette/Provider into the frontend layout and add Cmd+K
hint in the SiteHeader. Register context-aware commands for banking,
helpdesk, mission RSVP, locker, shipments, and market pages.
Also removes the locker search's duplicate Cmd+K listener (now handled
globally), renames its button to 'Search Locker', and cleans up a
flappy page parenthetical.
