Subject: [PATCH] refactor(nav): replace Storage page with Structures list at
 /logistics

- Move storage overview from /logistics/storage to /logistics root
- Rename page heading and sidebar label from Storage to Structures
- Update back link on structure detail page
- Remove old /logistics/storage route
