7dd662c84b CASH-1811 | Add in health-checks and modify overall healthy/unhealthy 
Uncomment out the healthcheck endpoints
Change the calculation of healthy/unhealthy to count degraded as healthy
Change the calculation of an entire service so that ANY unhealthy makes the whole service list as unhealthy
