CSR-2181 remove labor2 logic from parts since it will now be returned in supporting items collection. also, base part number is required to get labor2 if applicable.
CSR-2181 The labor2 part type should be excluded where looking at glass parts. It is part of the glass parts request and response because you need the base glass part to determine if labor2 applies. It would make more sense to add it to supporting items but that request does not include base part number for windshields. This certainly won't come back to haunt me later.
